Once I got going the steam was flowing easily and the wrinkles came out of my suit beautifully! I was impressed with the over all ease of use and how nice my suits looked when I was finished. Only one warning, the hose gets VERY HOT! It does have a cool touch handle but the hose is very hot! Do not use around small children. Wrapped the leaking spot with a duck tap and tried to use it again. Wow! The hose was completely disintegrated at the leaking spot in less than 10 minutes. Commercial steamer? I don't think so. Hose is made of soft plastic and as soon as it heats up it bends (hence preventing the flow of the steam)and gets on the way. Moreover, during the steaming, it gets extremely hot.
